We will be making changes to our authentication systems tomorrow
afternoon (Tuesday 21st June 2005) which will mean that for a period
between 1500 and 1600 some customers may experience difficulties
in authenticating when dialing 0844 535 0802.

We would like to apologise in advance for this essential maintenance
work.
