On the afternoon of Tuesday 19th July 2005 we will be carrying out
major upgrade work across various of our customer applications and
authentication platforms.

Between the hours of 12pm and 3pm customers should expect some
disruption to the following services :-

      Dial and ADSL authentication may be briefly interupted.

      Incoming mail delivery will be suspended for a period.

      POP3 access will be suspended for a period.

      Webmail access will be suspended for a period.

Network access for customers who are already authenticated will be
unaffected. No other services should be affected by this work.

We would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused
to customers by this work.
